I have to say I m pretty disgusted right now we bought these boots for my daughter for school at full price she wore them maybe 6 times and the bottom part came completely off a Nice Wonder Woman signature shirt sweater 37 pair of boots gone after about a month these are the boots do not buy these boots. The moment I tried nars foundation I never looked back it has never been nothing more then loyal too me I unfortunately ran out on the weekend and bought some more from mecca at my local shopping centre I went to do my usual makeup routine this morning in the bathroom where all my makeup is kept in room temperature and too my discovery it has gone to basically water really not happy with this considering how much money I pay and this is only two days after I purchased it. Avon has always been a go to for me for holiday shopping have always been a huge fan up until today i’ve been told for over 30 days now that the share the love premium kit would be shipped out to me campaign after campaign to finally be told today by a supervisor no less that the rest of the agents that i’ve spoken w week after week basically don’t know what they were talking about that i’m sol horrible customer service to say the least you do not promise a representative something for a month straight to tell them they’re sol in the end then refuse to escalate or do anything about it I will be returning all the items I have purchased up to today will no longer sell avon once i’m done w this complaint I will be filing one w the bbb as well i’ve worked in a call center for years now this is not how you do business
