Another sad post unfortunately one of the neat things about the last unicorn screening tour was that it traveled around with a Original Snoopy Merry Christmas I’m Just Here For The Cookies tshirt big bin full of dazzling colorful each one unique handmade unicorn wands by amelia sefton and her crew of helpers but earlier this week amy lost her long fight with cancer so there will never be any more of these we hope the tour attendees who either bought unicorn wands or won them in the pre show raffle will treasure them for a very long time in honor of their creator here’s a gallery featuring just a few of her many beauties. I returned some size 5 packs and you guys have processed my return and show a 0 balance for the return I need to order a bundle but I am waiting for my credit to appear I spoke with someone a couple of weeks ago about the return and he informed me that you all would not just swap out the size 5 for size 4s instead I could get a credit to my account I called yesterday and was on hold for an hour and my call was never taken I had to eventually hang up bc I was picking my kids up from school today I tried to live chat I sat for 30 minutes until it was my turn and then I got a message saying no insiders are currently available and that the chat was offline I emailed yesterday and haven’t received a response this is very upsetting I have been ordering products from honest company since 2013 and have always raved about your products and customer service one of the big reasons I order from you all is that it is convenient and delivered to my door but now I am spending much of my precious time being a mom of 2 on the computer or the phone trying to get this sorted out can someone please respond.
