so let’s focus on some West African elements seen throughout the film like the very first thing that stood out to me personally was the architecture of Wakandalike it very clearly took from the Sudan Oh salient architectural style of the Mandinka and the mandate people in general it definitely borrowed from the architectural style of Jennie and Simba – and Mali which I thought was dope like I don’t know why that specifically surprised me so much. but it did another thing that really surprised me about the film was the wakandan writing a script like ryan coogler and his team could have easily taken from you know the muriatic nubian script or some modified Egyptian hieroglyphic. but it seems as though like they were really influenced by the Proud Black African American Ladies Black History Month Shirt West African writing forms
