When this episode aired she had gone through a simillar situation with her dr and had Epstein Bar chronic fatigue. Then again a dr ignored her symptoms sending her home for 6 months until my sister and i went with her to an appointment and insisted he tried harder to find out what was wrong. She ended up with rare form of Leukemia. This still is a great show, many life lessons people should really take with them from this instead of just watching it, really let the message sink in and maybe learn something from it. I loved the GG’s show. A modern movie that deals with older women’s romantic lives is “The Book Club.” It got panned and it got rave reviews both. As for me, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

love this show for life I can watch it over and over again and it did make us aware of real life matters that go on and people’s everyday lives those was my girls. I loved this show. People tend to forget that older people are just other “me’s”. As I get older I really don’t feel the way society has molded ages to seem. I was just saying this!!!! I’ve been watching from the 1st episode and it’s crazy to think of the issues they addressed way back when. I LOVED this show when I was younger always begged my mom to turn it on and would watch the reruns for hours. Now I’ve gotten my 6 year old sister (we’re 15 years apart) into it! This show touched on subjects that were not talked about openly. I love this show & im still guilty of Which golden girl are you Thug Life Retro Shirt watching it now, lol.
